Ownership of deliverables produced during a client engagement is governed by the terms of the applicable statement of work or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, clients retain ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their engagement upon full payment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fable Innovations LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Fable Innovations has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
