A note from our founder
I started Fable Innovations on a single premise: with the right system, a small team of senior engineers can outdeliver a traditional consulting bench many times its size. That system is Agentic Engineering — AI‑driven development with rigorous human review at every step. It takes software from concept to production in a fraction of the time a traditional systems integrator needs, without compromising quality.
Before founding Fable, I worked at one of the world's largest cloud providers and alongside many of its systems‑integration partners. The pattern was the same everywhere: the business model rewards long engagements and large teams, not outcomes. When an integrator bills by the hour and staffs by the headcount, projects run long — because that's what the incentives pay for.
Fable runs on the opposite incentive.
